Fiona Cooper trains young people to be able to travel independently.

She discusses how the structure of the training suits her students' individual needs and how much they get out of gaining some independence.

She also talks about how the students see passing the course as a big step to becoming an adult.

"They're all different. They all have different requirements, so how you teach them can be very different."
